In this session, MEandMine will share how gamification and student voice can help counselors identify emerging student needs earlier, strengthen Tier 1 supports, and make more informed decisions about targeted interventions. Through real world examples from partner schools, attendees will learn practical strategies for collecting meaningful student feedback, increasing student engagement, and using student well being data to support collaboration, progress monitoring, and student support planning while minimizing additional work for educators.
